Fast & Free Shipping
What exactly do we mean by Fast and Free?
We offer Free UPS/FedEx Ground Shipping on all orders shipping inside the contiguous United States that are $100 or more and on average these orders are delivered within 2 business days.
Our products ship from multiple warehouses strategically located throughout the United States and will ship from the closest warehouse where the items are in stock to minimize shipping time:
Although our average shipping time is 2 business days, it can range anywhere from 1-5 days depending on an item’s location.
What about huge items?
Some items are just too big to ship through UPS or FedEx so we must use a freight company; shipping is still free, it just may take a little longer.
So… when is your order going to ship?
Orders for in stock items placed before 3pm Eastern Time Monday through Saturday typically ship the same day; customers will be notified if there will be a delay in shipping.
What about backordered items?
Backordered items will have a note between the item price and the “ADD TO CART” button saying these items will ship once back in stock. Because we do not split orders, if you place an order that includes in stock and backordered items, the entire order will ship once all items are back in stock. If you need the in stock items now, please place separate orders for backordered and in stock items.
When will I be charged for a backordered item?
In order to reserve the incoming stock for an order, we must charge in full at the time the order is placed.
Need your parts tomorrow?
Expedited shipping options are available and can be estimated in the shopping cart. Orders placed with expedited shipping will be bumped to the head of the line to make sure they are shipped as soon as possible. Please be aware that UPS and FedEx do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays as transit days. If it’s Friday and you choose Next Day Air shipping, your order will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery service is available to some locations so please contact us if you are in need of this service.
Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible for Free shipping but customers will be offered a discounted rate during checkout. Please contact us if you believe the shipping rate is too high and we will work with you to lower the cost as best we can.
